  1. How do I order?
    Its easy to order. Simply place items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout using our order form. You will be asked for your billing address (to verify your credit card) and the shipping address. The addresses can be the same or different.

    We accept Visa or MasterCard. When you are checking out, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number for payment.

    We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using the latest security and encryption methods.

  9. What about your returns policy?
    You may return any item ordered on Alumboutique for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply for exchanges. There are no refunds on registrations for events. Substitutions are allowed at any time with proof of payment.

    An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the status of your payment. For any other information, you can contact the Alumni Relations Office.

    For in-person service, our office hours are:

    September 1 to May 31: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    June 1 to August 31: 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

    We are located at 157 Séraphin-Marion street in Ottawa, Ontario, in the Eastern Time Zone (Canada).

  17. What’s a cookie?
    There are various technologies, including one called "cookies," which can be used to provide you with tailored information from a Web site.
